I highly recommend Chris Eiken if you are looking to sell and/or buy a home. We had worked with Chris in the past with the sale of our rental property. Chris is the best realtor we have worked with--he is not only knowledgeable and professional but he is a very friendly, caring, nonjudgmental, patient, and a resourceful person. We began the process of finding a new home towards the beginning of the year. Chris was diligent and researched all the options for us. He always made himself available to look at a plethora of different homes. In the middle of our search, we had a bit of a health scare so we had to delay our home search for several months. He was very thoughtful (thank you for Door Dash gift cards) and patient with us as we went through that ordeal. We finally found the perfect home and he helped navigate us through the new build process. When it came to selling our house, he came by and let us know how to stage our house so it would sell. He knows the market and trends and he put our house on the market at the right price and it sold in one day. Wow--this relieved a lot of pressure and stress! The photographer he hired was phenomenal and he took the best photos to showcase our home. Chris always made sure he answered all the questions we had and any text messages we sent in a timely manner. His follow through is fantastic. Chris is the sweetest! I had purchased my home in Prairie Village, Kansas back in 2016 with about 15% down. I connected with Chris from an online add and I am so glad I did. I needed help knowing if my home value rose enough to drop my PMI. Though I wasn't planning on selling anytime soon Chris was kind on the phone and still met with me to show me the comps/sales in my neighborhood. He felt my home value had gone up more than enough to have the equity needed. He did such a wonderful job walking me through everything. After consulting with him I contacted my lender and had my property re-appraised and my home value had gone up enough to drop my PMI! Worth working with! I am elderly and was looking to sell my home in Leawood, Kansas. Due to my inability to walk I am looking to move to assisted living.
